It took a long time to accept, process and ship this item

It's a great product but pricey.

Was 5 days late, sure the shippers caused most of the delay. Exactly what I ordered, will possibly have future dealings.

Products were exactly as advertised and shipped promptly. Will definitely order again.

It was on time great tracking and meds help bring my fish back to life

Fast and found what I wanted.

Total scam do not buy here. The website now reverts to a pet supply website. He would reply to my texts stating he wasn't scam but a small company in difficult times`. I ordered a deck beginning of August never received it. I gave my bank info for a reimbursement I never got that either. DO NOT buy from this website you'll be ripped off.

Stay away. Ordered a new deck for my son, £104 5th September. It's now 23rd September and no deck has been delivered. Telephone numbers provided are unobtainable. No reply to multiple emails and webchat is ignored. It is either a scam company or completely incompetent. Do not use.
