Hello Madelyn, Please accept my apology for your experience being a disappointment. I notice your order was for white lisianthus (delicate flowers )and the delivery address was in Florida, hot climate. Do you recall if the box included cold gel packs? Your feedback is appreciated. I hope for a second opportunity to gain your trust and earn your business down the road. Please call me and reference # 8910 for a good deal on a future flower order. Thank you! JR
