Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with JRNYS was confusing, and we understand why you’d be disappointed. We know the difference between the membership fee and medication costs can be confusing. The membership fee covers the review of your medical history and intake by a licensed healthcare provider, along with access to our care platform and ongoing support. Depending on the treatment and state requirements, that review may happen without a live phone or video appointment. We do our best to make our pricing, membership structure, and policies clear during sign-up, but we also recognize that they may not have felt clear in your experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us identify where we can communicate better. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that pricing and membership fees can be confusing, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our membership fee covers the clinical review of your medical history and intake by a licensed healthcare provider, as well as access to our care platform and ongoing support. Depending on the treatment selected and state regulations, this evaluation may be completed asynchronously and does not always require a live video or phone appointment. We strive to clearly communicate our membership structure, associated fees, and refund policy throughout the enrollment process so patients can make an informed decision before completing their purchase. We recognize that this information may not have been as clear as it should have been in your experience, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve our communication. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
