J.P. MorganReviews of jpmorgan.com

I cannot stress enough how far you should steer from JP Morgan. The LISA Withdrawal service has in no uncertain terms ruined my life financially, and nobody at the company cares one iota. I requested funds more than a week in advance of my completion date, was assured my case would be expedited, and that my funds would arrive the day before completion. An entire week of chasing and being reassured my money would be paid on time (in writing and verbally, I might add), and still nothing at the completion deadline. I have had to put myself in immense financially difficulty to plug the gap and complete on my house due to the total lack of care and efficiency JP Morgan showed. The customer service is insultingly bad; having to repeat my circumstances and requests over and over at nauseam with every single phone call became emotionally draining, let alone the fact I was facing my entire house purchase falling through as a result. I have in no uncertain terms had my mental, physical, and financial health completely destroyed by this bank. To add insult to injury, my funds arrived 10 minutes post completion. I now face the possibility of losing £5,000 (£4,000 of government bonus and £1,000 of my own money), having saved with the bank for years and worked tirelessly towards purchasing my first home. Needless to say, the financial stress caused by this has worn me down to a nub. I will of course be fighting this to the bitter end - but to anybody thinking of starting a lifetime ISA, I URGE you to look elsewhere. My partner received her funds from Moneybox within 20 minutes of requesting them.

Komme aufgrund irgendwelcher technischen probleme nicht in meinen account und es gibt nichtmal support von jp morgan…werde bald gerichtlich gegen jp morgan vorgehen und mein recht einklagen

After more than 15 years of banking with JPMorgan Chase, I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the way Chase has handled the restriction and subsequent closure of my business bank account. My business account was suddenly restricted without any advance notice or explanation. When I contacted Chase to understand what was happening, I was told that my account was under a fraud investigation. Naturally, I asked what the investigation concerned, whether there was a specific transaction in question, and what information they needed from me to resolve the matter. Chase refused to provide any details. I was simply instructed to call back in a couple of days. I followed their instructions, called again, and received essentially the same response: no explanation, no meaningful assistance, and another request to call back in a few days. After approximately 10 days of uncertainty, frustration, and financial disruption, I decided to visit my local Chase branch in Brickell.Miami FL personally. I sat down with a Chase representative, only to be informed that my business account had already been closed. What made this situation even more disturbing was the representative's statement that, had I visited the branch just one day earlier, he might have been able to do something. How was I supposed to know that when Chase never contacted me or provided any meaningful information? I asked the representative why nobody from Chase had reached out to ask questions, request documentation, or give me an opportunity to address whatever concerns had triggered the account restriction. His response was astonishing: "Chase doesn't work like that. We have too many customers to call." After more than 15 years as a customer, I found that response completely unacceptable. Meanwhile, the financial consequences for my business have been serious: Incoming customer payments were rejected. I was unable to transfer available business funds to my personal account. My business experienced significant cash-flow disruption and financial stress. I received no clear explanation for the restriction or closure. I was never given a meaningful opportunity to address Chase's concerns. When I again asked why my account had been closed, the branch representative said he could not tell me. He then explained that the remaining funds in my business account would be sent by check to my personal address. But unbelievably, he also told me that receiving the check would not necessarily mean I could access my money, because additional approval might be required before the funds could be cashed. How can a financial institution close a longstanding customer's business account, refuse to explain its decision, and then leave the customer uncertain about when their own funds will become available? I understand that banks have fraud-prevention and compliance responsibilities. However, those responsibilities should not excuse a complete lack of communication, transparency, accountability, or reasonable customer assistance. This is not how a bank should treat a business customer after more than 15 years of loyalty. I intend to report my experience to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), FDIC, Florida Attorney General, and any other appropriate regulatory authorities. I am demanding a written explanation of the account closure, confirmation of the status of my remaining funds, and a clear timeline for their unconditional release, subject to any lawful restrictions. My message to other business owners: Be extremely cautious about depending on Chase Bank as your primary business banking institution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Chase Bank to any business owner who values reliable access to funds, communication, transparency, and respectful customer treatment. JPMorgan Chase's senior management should be held accountable for how situations like this are handled.

JPM’s estimate of the soh is 💯 (approximately)

a nightmare!!!!

Overly complicated processes and unresponsive. I became a customer by default after they took over Nutmeg and had problems ever since. I have been trying to transfer my ISA to another provider since the 19th April - today is 3 September and they have just asked my bank to send the request again. I have also tried to vary my other investments but it never works. Basically I feel like I have lost total control of my money!

If Jp Morgan chase are in the same review slot let me be one to tell you they are ridiculous and have boundary issues with other people's money under the term fraud protection they will make you go through a in depth account identification and after you pass they will still decline your transaction even if you call them during the transaction!!! I have been on the phone with the customer service representative trying to buy a car and the agent tell me it's all clear and ready to accept the transaction and it declined several times in a row then they say oh the computer rejected it like they are governed by Ai literally I received an inheretence from my parents estate the lawfirm had their account with chase and sent me a check don't you know they flagged it as fraudulent and accused me basically of altering the check after I opened the account with a chase banker and he had the teller run the check and it cleared having the funds available so they had a time period to make it available and so when it became available I spent some of it only to wake up to a overcharged account with a balance of zero so I went back and they gave me stone face and the explination of the automated system said it not them and informed that that the check had been put in the mail and I had to wait to get it reissued and reviewed and that was the only option I has was to wait. So then more back and forth until the firm just sent me another check in one day mail to do it all over then they keep freezing it because they claim it's to new of an account to let me have My money I would never have my life's fortune in the care of chase if I was a millionaire or when I become one because they would surely pull a wells fargo move and put me under a conservativership to control it like wells fargo did Wendy Williams you completely give up boundaries with them it's disgustingly invasive and controlling

I had a share save account that was closed when I left my previous employer. The un-qualifying saving suddenly turned up in my bank account with no prior notice or where it was from when transference took place. If I had not been looking at the balance the week before within the account I would not have guessed where the unds had come from. On complaining and after about a two month delay I received a notice that my complaint had been resolved satisfactorily. However, I have not received any communication at all, not even an apology. I am so please I don't need to deal with this business again. But wanted to share a case of very substandard customer service.
