I need a stamped building permit for my addition in Philadelphia and William H. was a pleasure to deal with as well as the whole process (back and forth for modifications). I was a bit septic at the beginning but after the delivery, I can trust JPC. I highly recommend JPC as they are very affordable and professional. Joseph Nguyen

William and Daniel are very prompt in their communication and works to ensure that all is done properly and professionally. They replied to my messages very quickly. They fully understood me and prepared the detailed quote for me. They also helped with the payment plan and quickly prepare my contract. I made my first payment and started working to his company. I hope they will finish my work at the same speed. Thanks again.

I've referred him to several of my peers for engineering work and have placed him atop my list of preferred subcontractors for my independent public art business.
