Company lists return policy as pre authorized returns only but refuses to give you return info. They ask for photos and then more photos, then stop replying. It seems to be an ongoing issue if you look up joystar bike return problems. 7 emails and no response has now forced me to open a dispute with my credit provider for a refund.
