Think twice before you buy an item from them! The small harness has a full-size buckle that is close to the front and rubs against the back of a small dog's leg. I had to pay almost $8 to return it (exchanges are completely free). I explained the reason for the return but they refused to send me a free shipping label. They gave me the option to pay for shipping myself, which was about the same if I wanted a tracking number. The harness itself is beautiful, I am disappointed that I didn't get to use it. It's a shame that a company with such a nice concept doesn't honor the "100% satisfaction guarantee" and has such poor customer service.

This is an expensive product which does not work. I bought the XL for my 85-pound coonhound and the cheap plastic buckle came undone the second time she wore it! Thank goodness it happened in my vet's office so he could also see the shoddy buckle. I am a senior citizen who rescues dogs and need to take them to the vet and this looked like I could handle her in this, but that was a major mistake. They also claim if it comes loose, the dog stays in it. I had her wear it again for the fourth time and took her in the car. When we got in the garage, she jumped out and the harness stayed in. She was out of it in no time. They are refusing to replace it, claiming I had it too long, even though it looks brand new! I can pull the buckle apart with my bare hands, and I am 74 years old.

I gave a review that our harness may be defective The strap under the belly always comes loose and the clip on the right side comes undone. I was pleasantly surprised by PugLIfe's response that they will send a new harness. Thank you so much PugLife - Nicole Hofer

Even 1 star is too much for this company. I ordered a harness in April 2019. It was too heavy and I returned it and ordered the softer harness. Next thing was I get the original harness back. It took forever to get someone to give me the order number for the second harness which was required to request a return/refund. I sent the tracking number for the second harness, they claimed they never got it even though I had proof of them receiving it. You can never get anyone on the phone and after listening to the recorded message it disconnects. They have a chat line that I have used at least 4 times and get the same lame excuses every time. They are sorry, they will get right on it, they will mark it urgent, they will notify their supervisor, yada yada yada. No results. Last email says they are working with a system that can’t issue refund checks but they would give me an Amazon gift card. I want my money back and I want all of it. I can’t believe they are still in business. This is October and I am still waiting.

Not escape proof. Had my dog on a long walk and the strap that goes beneath his chest loosened. I'd checked it before we left to ensure that it was snug. Suddenlyi realized the harness seemed awfully light. He realized it at the same time and took off running. I also found our that the hours of training had not paid off as he stayed out of my reach. Thankfully he finally ran up to someone and they were able to catch him. I know he thought it was a great game, but I can never trust this harness again. The design desperately needs some sort of teeth in the buckle so the under belly strap does not slip

Zero customer service. Also, the company used Fedex Smartpost to ship it - will take 6 weeks to arrive, if it ever does. Stay away from this company.

The worst customer service ever. I have tried calling them at 1-888-200-9914 and it constantly says that their agents are assisting other customers and are experiencing a high volume of calls. It doesn't matter what time of day their called. I chatted with a rep yesterday, who did nothing to help me except let me know that an agent would email me back. The buckle broke on my XXL harness and had only been used 3 times. I just want a replacement or my money back.
