Being a dog parent is one of the most rewarding things and we understand that fully because we are dog parents ourselves. Our relationship with our dogs is important and there’s no better way to strengthen that bond than through something we already do with them daily: Walks. That passion for our very own fur babies and helping other dog parents is what created Joyride Harness and forged our products.Today, we remain a tightknit family-ownedbusiness.🐶USA Owned & Operated

Thank you so much! We're so happy to hear you love the custom name tag. 😊 We think the glow-in-the-dark feature makes it extra special too! Thanks for choosing Joyride, and we hope your pup enjoys it just as much.
The harness is easy to put on and feels secure. The multiple rings to hook on to make it very functional as well. It is the best harness I have had for my dog(s). I ordered one for our new dog and was not sure of the size and ordered Small and Medium. Returning the harnesses that did not fit was easy.

Thank you for your kind words! We're so happy to hear that you love both the harness and leash. We hope they make every walk safer, more comfortable, and a lot more fun for you and your pup. Thank you for being part of the Joyride family! 🐾
This is my 3rd harness. The first two was for my first dog. He loved his harness. For some reason this time the harness feels stiff and causes irritation for my new pup. It’s not helping with the pulling either. I can’t tell if it’s the dog or the harness that’s the problem.

Thank you for being a loyal Joyride customer and for giving us another chance with your new pup. We're sorry to hear this harness hasn't been the same experience as the first two. Every dog is built a little differently, and factors such as fit, coat type, body shape, and pulling style can affect both comfort and performance. We'd love the opportunity to help troubleshoot the fit and see if an adjustment or different size might work better. If you'd prefer, we also make returns and exchanges quick and easy through our self-service portal: https://joyrideharness.loopreturns.com/#/. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can help find the best solution for you and your pup. 🐾
Well made, a little difficult to fit but my dog is a very unusual shape and while the fit isn't perfect the harness keeps her safe in the car.

I love Joyride Harness! I really prefer to buy from a small business if possible. They provide great products, great service, and fast shipping. The newer harnesses are phenomenal quality and it's very comfortable on my dog. It definitely helps with the pulling too. Keep up the great work!

I ordered the wrong size. Exchange process was easy. Of course their products are exceptional. I've ordered from them before and will again.

Thank you so much for your continued support! We’re glad the exchange process was easy and that everything worked out smoothly. It means a lot to hear you’ll be back 🐾
Communication has lacked. After much back and forth to fix my original order from feb 21, I still have no idea when it will arrive. Poor follow up. Poor communication on updates but no problem blitzing my email for sales purposes.
