I think that Rachelle is great! In making a big investment like this, she was very comforting to me and made the process that much better. The doll is very life-like. Surprises me when I walk in my room. The paint job is great. Very realistic! And I love her cute little feet and French tip toenails! Thank you!

Rachelle is great at customer service. She replies quickly to all requests within a day or 2 and goes above and beyond with requests. Communication is great

Compared to other sites with similar products this one has a lot more appealing stock. I had hoped to purchase one of the more advanced dolls but they're just too expensive for my budget currently. I'll receive my first order soon and im definitely looking forward to it.

Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we always aim to deliver complete and timely service. In some cases, items may ship separately due to weight restrictions with the courier companies. Thank you again for your feedback.

Sent many questions in there support team for them to be unresponsive. It seems this happens often same as my order not being processed and it has been a week in a half i personally think you should NOT order from these guys.

Not worth the price. Ordered extras and didn't get. Used once and stands in closet now. They replied. I had 24 hours to complain after getting order. Horrible company. Pay alot and cant get order right. Avoid this company at all costs...Hundeds of dollars scooped from me. Shame on you!!!!
