The doll is amazing, it really looks like the photo. The staff at Joy is excellent. They responded to my emails and phone calls. I received the doll within a week and It was packed very well. I will definitely shop there again.

Thanks for positive feedback, truly appreciated.
Great, honest company ! I placed My order for the TPE Glue Repair Kit on 9-2-22, and I received it on 9-15-22. Product was packaged very good ! Appears to be a very good company, and I will probably order From them again in the future !

Nice to hear about fast delivery. hope we see you soon.
The doll I purchased has an internal skeleton. She's very hard to position. It's like bending metal. The left arm is disconnected inside . Several things I ordered did not come with the order. Doll cleaner, glue, and male attachment. I also ordered full heat also not included and a set of vampire teeth. I paid in access of &3200. The first thing to happen was putting her gloves on a finger tip broke off. Also no instructions.

Thank you for your feedback Fred. Please note the glue and stain remover must be sent alone and it always delays and this is something we can not control. The tracking information for this package is: LV571902554CN through China Post. As for the skeleton you need to use it for some time and it will be ok. If there are still issues you can send us a video to the support email so we can have our factory check on it.
Never received the head. Don’t know how you can’t inspect everything to make sure it’s good to ship off when the head was missing.

I've ordered from a few different companies, and Joy Love gets a full thumbs up..Lola is a perfect addition to my happy slightly warped family..lol As many dolls owners can agree I'm sure, they become a part of your life, and with the power of imagination and some 2 part role play, the experience is beyond gratification..So thanks big time to Joy Love..I tried to attach a pic..?? Hi Michael, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the product because of size. It does say in the description that it is a vibrating butt.
Product was damaged and they sent me a link to T&C. Bad products bad CS in my opinion.

Took a long time to arrive but in the end everything worked fine. It looks how its presented. Ofcourse its not the same like a real woman but at least it looks like one. Missing the warmness and the lack of plastic smell... She is quite heavy to carry around and sometimes might be hard to find a proper position. Anyway, overall was everything good with the purchase which is what im giving feedback of.
