I will NEVER trust you AGAIN,. I ordered 1000 pinhead crickets for my 5 day old hatchling panther chameleon . And they sent me 1000 grown crickets the same size as my hatchling.!! These are not pinheads and now my baby has NO FOOD.! Theres none local within a 2 hour drive AND NOW IM SCREWED. DONT BUY FROM HERE !!

Purchased pinhead crickets and wingless fruit flies. Very expensive. Less than expected #fruit flies. When complaining I was told "wait" they will grow out of the culture. Since I made the purchase with poison dart frogs and geckos -- I guess they will have to go on a diet and "wait." Made a quick purchase of fruit flies from TCInsects -- who provided hundreds of mature fruit flies quickly and at much less cost.

My entire order of pupae are not viable. I find it ridiculous that there's a 3-day policy on something that hasn't even hatched. I would never buy from them again seems like a scam.

Very honest and altruistic company. All the feeders for my jumping spiders come from them and if anything bad happens to your package during shipping they will send you a replacement.

It was my intent to purchase 2 adult sexed Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches as we already have a full adult sized female we purchased just a week and a half prior , she arrived very large and healthy what you expect to receive when you by a fully grown ready yo breed hissing cockroach,, So we ordered what was listed by Josh's frogs and what we receive were sub adults not even fully grown Nymphs, very disappointing these roaches are supposed to be full grown and 6 months, then to mate and another 2 months to have their babies, waiting for these bugs to reach maturity is not time that we have to waste, when we want to get started NOW with our colony. "In saying this it was false advertising on Josh's frog's part. and I am not laying another 10 dollars to ship them back as it cost me 10 to have them shipped way more than the insects are worth.

They sell prepackaged Isopods at Petco in tiny inhumane containers without moisture so they dry out and die in tiny cups by the time anyone buys them. They are living animals *they aren't insects* and they breathe moisture not air! How does a sealed cup with no air holes get any moisture?! I'm a REAL professional isopod breeder and this makes me sick. Never buy from Josh's Frogs. The fact they say they advocate animal rights and being humane is a joke if they sell prepackaged animals. Even the employees of Petco think they are inhumane.

Shipment arrived 3 days late. 95% of feeder insects were dead. All insects were half the size ordered. No one answered at customer service. No one called back after requesting a call back. It took almost 24 hours to receive a reply to my email regarding the dead insects. Customer service ignored the size issue and didn't even look at the pictures I included because they told me they needed the exact same type of pictures to address the sizing issue that I included in my original email. I had a similar issue with dead insects about a year ago. All insects dead and stinking. I took a video to show there was nothing alive and threw everything away, I figured a video was way better than photos to prove nothing was alive. They denied a refund because they only accept photos and I wasn't willing to dig threw the dumpster. That was the last time I dealt with this company. The only reason ordered from them again is because they offered me a 50% coupon. It wasn't worth it! Nothing but a hassle and disappointment not to mention my bearded dragon is hungry and this company is a joke.

I recently ordered two live isopod tubs (25 count each) and two 8 oz springtail cultures from Josh’s Frogs. Out of the 50 isopods included in the order, only four arrived alive across both containers. In addition, both springtail cultures arrived with no visible springtails present. When you order live cultures, especially from a company that markets itself as a reputable supplier. you expect at least a functional shipment, not a handful of survivors and two tubs of… nothing. Losing nearly $80 because of poor packing, bad stock, or lack of quality control. Stay away from this Company
