I placed the order over the phone and was told that one of the items was back ordered but I should receive it in plenty of time. Actually I received it before the expected date and was very pleased.

The many items I ordered were shipped promptly, and I am highly satisfied with the products. The paw print medals, ribbons, and stickers are awards for a county-wide pet essay and art contest, so the items are just perfect. Thank you!
