I love switch so much! I’ve checked into other rental sites before and I just don’t think anyone else compares. They constantly bring in new bags for you try, the process is so simple, shipping is fast I often use the overnight service. I’m going into my second year with the yearly select subscription and I’m happy to see what new bags they will bring in to try.

Freedom to try new things! Freedom to swap! Freedom to buy! Freedom to experiment! Absolutely love the flexibility my Switch membership gives me. I can fall in and out items very quickly so it really fits my lifestyle. The decision is one my best in the last year. Highly recommend if you're thinking of trying it. I'm now all about renting Chanel handbags and I've even bought a couple of items too.

I feel like I had to write this because the team went above for me. I got a bag last month that didn’t meet my expectations. Long story short I needed it before I flew out, I emailed them and they sent me a new bag for the end of the day and I got it the next morning. It was Chanel rental. They emailed, texted and called to make sure I got a new bag by their cut off. They didn’t need to. It’s incredible value and I’ve already seen a lot of improvement in item selection, quality and responsiveness by them. Happy member.

I was recommended to try Switch by a friend and it's been awesome experience. Being able to exchange high-value handbags and jewelry without having to shell out an arm and a leg has been great. I've recommended Switch to friends and family and all have had a great experience! I recommend trying them out if you're looking to rotate high-quality pieces for a fraction of the price you'd pay otherwise.

I was so excited by the thought of being able to rent several different luxury items for a fraction of the cost. I learned very quickly that this company promises the world then quickly under delivers. If you absolutely must try this company whatever you do, don’t pay for the annual membership because once you’re locked into the annual, they will not refund you any of your money. I tried to order several items gave them three different chances. Some of the packages never even showed up at my door, even though I even paid extra money for expedite shipping. The couple items that did show up at my door were deeply Used the one Fendi handbag I rented had holes all over it. They were not disclosed in the photographs. Speaking of photos they only show you one, so you really are not getting enough description of what you’re even paying to rent. If I could do it all over again, I would not have thrown that money away, I would encourage you to get on the app Whatnot save your money and buy your hand back for the same price that you could rent and wish your money here. Also, I think it’s important to note that I still have not received a confirmation email that they will not be charging me again next year. Be careful with this company.

Response from Switch· Jul 17, 2026
Hi Rebecca, We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. We did want to clarify a few points. Your membership was canceled on June 26, and a confirmation of that cancellation was sent, so you will not be charged again next year. We also take the condition of our items very seriously. We inspected the Fendi bag after it was returned and were unable to verify the damage described in your review. If there were issues with the item, we would have been happy to review photos and work with you, but no concerns about the condition of any of the items you received were ever brought to our attention before your review. Regarding shipping, we actually reached out to you after noticing that one of your shipments had been returned to us by the carrier so we could help resolve the issue. Although annual memberships are generally non-refundable, we'd still like the opportunity to make things right. We've reached out to you directly and would be happy to restore the remaining time on your membership so you can receive the value you originally signed up for. We hope to hear from you.
