Pom declined to provide an itemized receipt to even determine if it was eligible for FSA reimbursement. Further, Pom has disclosed PHI in a public Reddit forum and has been slow to respond to accountability requests regarding malware on their website.

Ordered two vials of Terzepatide. Followed all the rules carefully. But the first two injections burned like crazy! I went to a nurse for the third one and again, I shouted out in pain. Not wanting to continue like this, I went to a local doctor who injected me with their Terzep and like magic, no pain! When I tried to get a refund from Pom, they told me tough luck, they don't do refunds. Beware and do your research first. And don’t buy more than a single vial to start.

I never got past trying to schedule. I scheduled an appt for 8:05…THEN the app asked for my time zone. I assumed it was just putting my 8:05 appt in my calendar. I went to bed woke up and my appt said 10:05. Oops, I couldnt do that. I contacted the provider who tried to change it but couldn’t and had me call their office number. The woman on the phone tells me I have to pay $50!!!! I calmly explained what happened and if she repeated to me ‘according to the terms of the agreement’ one more time….i appealed to her humanity which she had none. Do NOT use these people. What a joke. I’ll be contacting my bank to get back my original $75 as well because they didn’t provide any service. EDIT: These people refused to help me fix their problem then had the balls to charge me an additional $50 for a 'no show'.

I had a very smooth and efficient experience with Pomegranate Health. I placed my order on Thursday 01/22, was approved quickly, and my medication was sent to the pharmacy by 01/23—an impressive turnaround time. I received a shipping notification on Tuesday 01/27, with an expected delivery of Wednesday 01/28. Although the package arrived one day later due to a storm (received on 01/29/26), the delay was weather-related and not a reflection of the company’s process. Everything arrived well-packaged, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extra goodies included—nice added touch. I also received a 6-month supply from BPI (7mg each), which was a huge win because I paid what other providers charge for only 3 months. The value was too good to pass up—I had to snag the deal. Overall, the communication, speed, value, and quality exceeded expectations. I’ll be adding photos to show everything that came with my order. Highly recommend Pomegranate Health for anyone looking for a seamless and cost-effective experience.

This company is exceptional!!! I am very happy with the service and support (chat support is fantastic). I called, and they answered. I ordered on Saturday night, got approved for the prescription by Monday at 1 am, and the compound is being delivered by BPI tomorrow. (pharmacy hub) Pomegranate Health - is just AMAZING.

Would give zero stars. Signed up as a new client, went through their intake questionnaire and submitted my $75 new patient consultation fee only to be taken back to the beginning of the intake form. I completed the form again and again was asked for the $75 fee. I was unable to schedule the appointment without submitting payment and assumed that the original payment submission must not have processed as their site is not the most straightforward to navigate. Whe I checked my credit card, I saw two charges pending for $75 and also saw I had been emailed two separate receipts. Immediately I reached out their customer service email referenced in the receipt and explained that the site had errored while submitting my initial intake form and payment, and that in order to book my consultation it prompted me to complete the process again. They acknowledged that they received two payments 3 minutes apart and that while they could apply the overpayment to future medication charges (that I have not been approved for since the earliest available appointment with any provider is over a week out) but that any “refund” would be charged a 5% processing fee. I explained that this was not a refund because I was charged twice for the same service in error by their site timeout. And that since she confirmed she could see this on her end, I was confused why I would be responsible for their website’s glitch as a new client. Her response was simply to tell me she apologized for the frustration and confusion and that the 5% fee was only in the event I wanted my $75 duplicate charge refunded back but that I could also apply the credit to medication fees. Her response was to simply restate her previous offer, which is completely unacceptable for an error that was due to their system. I told her I would be disputing the transaction since it was unacceptable to hold the duplicate payment in lieu of future charges I have not even been approved for. If this is the first interaction with new clients, it leaves me with zero confidence in the integrity of the company or their services, or their ability to effectively manage their own site and platform for future communications and transactions. I will not be moving forward with this company. You get what you pay for.

I have been through 6 companies before finding Pomegranate. Their turn-around time is phenomenal. I'm currently on my 6th month with them and have absolutely not 1 complaint. The customer service is stellar. Any time I have a question and send a message, it is promptly handled. I was having issues with the company handling my FSA and they took care of it expedtiously.

Package got sent to the wrong address. The process was to file a claim and wait until I get an answer from UPS. When I asked if they can refund or send a replacement to the correct address they said no. I wouldn’t recommend this place. One star because in the last company I used, they were able to fix a shipping issue without going through a major hassle of filing a claim. They immediately resolved it day of and can get a response in 24 hours. I sent multiple communication when I realized the mediation was getting sent to the wrong address but I didn’t get an answer until I called them. Just lost 900 on medication and I can’t even get a refill until the case is resolved from UPS.
