I needed to confirm that I was enrolled in a titration plan so reached out via chat. I did have to go back and forth between chat and the patient portal before I found John. John determined I was not in the plan I desired, sent a note to the doctor and had my plan corrected within 24 hours. John even followed up the next day after not hearing from me to ensure I did not have any other questions. Quick service and a follow up? Unheard of. I really like this company! Thank you John.

I decided on this company for the affordable GLP’s. I was so afraid about everything but nine months on, and I have not had any situations! I went to use a slightly cheaper company and it was an absolute nightmare! This company is so incredibly responsive, from the Customer Service (which is above par, especially Rachel!) to the doctors! I never had an issue with the quality of meds or the deliveries either. I highly recommend!
