I came to Midi after my ob/gyn dismissed my postmenopausal concerns. The NP, Ashley, at Midi really listened, did a thorough assessment, explained the treatment options and included me in the decision of care. The technology was easy to use and I didn't have to wait months for an appointment or jump thru a bunch of hoops. And they bill my insurance! I wish every provider I see was this great

Holly is a great partner in guiding me toward optimal health. She ordered a comprehensive battery of tests which we reviewed. She listened and she advised me in a holistic way. I definitely recommend Midi and will reach out again when I have menopause concerns.

I had a GREAT experience with Midi Health. I have a brick and mortal GYNO office that I visit yearly BUT the DR is always booked. Couldn’t get in until Nov/Dec! I am at a place now where I need to get on HRT. I’m totally miserable (hot flashes, mood swings, always tired, brain fog..3 years into menopause). Just over it! Recently, I’ve been seeing ads on Facebook and read about Midi’s services. Once I was sure my insurance covered it (must be a PPO or you can pay out of pocket), I made an appointment. Before the appointment, I had to answer a few questions about my menopause journey and effects of menopause in my life. I was then paired with Kellie Gautier, NP who was kind, knowledgeable and a great listener. I was prescribed HRT. We also chatted about bone health, managing weight, and types of exercise. As far as HRT, it takes a few weeks for everything to level set. However, I’m very relieved that I’m at least on a journey to improve my symptoms. HRT can be tweaked if needed as per the NP. I’m just grateful this type of virtual care is available! Thank you!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline through MIDI for my women's health needs, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the first visit, I felt heard and validated in my health symptoms and this put me at ease. Jacqueline is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also compassionate and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thoughtful, comprehensive care. What impressed me most was her ability to explain complex medical information in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure I was comfortable with every decision we made about my health. Jacqueline's professionalism, coupled with her warm and friendly demeanor, has made the entire experience positive and reassuring which is a vast difference from basically being told to suck it up by my primary care doctor. If you're looking for a women's health provider who genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being, Jacqueline and Midi are excellent choices. I feel confident and well-cared for and it has been a breeze accessing medications and the insurance and billing has all been a breeze. I highly recommend Midi to anyone seeking top-notch care.

My Midi provider has been a lifesaver… she has addressed all of my symptoms with understanding and compassion, and has also educated me regarding each symptom in relation to hormone deficiency. I could not be happier and I am feeling more and more like myself every day!

For 17 years I have suffered with peri menopause symptoms that went undiagnosed. I found Midi through one of my Drs in paperwork I was given in an after visit summary. To be able to finally get solutions and relief is so rewarding. Being able to find Drs knowledgeable in HRT was a huge plus for me. While I don't think Midi was around 17 years ago I'm glad it is now.

I really like the flexibility of doing it from home. having good conversations with the PA and work as a Team.
