I love the fact you can chat with a doctor regarding any concerns or have a 1:1 with dietician initially when u start with meds! The delivery was super fast, like I received it within two days. I also love the fact that they have an app so it’s easier to manage!

Fridays as the complete package. I recently switched from another provider to JoinFridays because I need more than meds. I'm 8 year Stroke Survivor and I must maintain lifestyle changes and movement. I need support from a "real clinician", one on one Visits with an RD not mention I snore and now I can have a sleep study at home. My last provider was unable to meet all of my needs. The customer service is top tier, medications delivery is crazy fast and the follow calls and reminders are chef's kiss. I've had a great experience as a patient. Its super easy to get scheduled for appointments and my meds ship super fast. I also enjoy the support group wirh Dr. Joy.

Just started wirh fridays and my experience has been great so far! They are super fast with responses to any questions Ive had & they've been super helpful. Also delivery was way faster than expected. Once my order was approved I recieved the medication the next day

All went smoothly with shipping and service for the first 5 months although I was feeling that the potency of solution might not be accurate and less concentrated than claimed. In the 4th month the shipping times got longer and longer and they still charged for another 3 months while the last dose had not been shipped for 3 weeks. I never received it 7 weeks in and with numerous phone calls and messages back and forth with them have never gotten an answer. I was able to reach out to my CC for fraud for the last charge but not able to recoup charge for last month paid for but not sent.
