There is nothing more scammy, more nickel and dimey, more useless than this company- the customer service is horrendous, their billing practices are terrible. Do not recommend. This has to be the worst experience I've had as a user of anything.

They are the worst experience, I paid for my medicine and they didn’t want to send it just because I decided I was not longer gonna continue with them. Terrible don’t use this provider

Fridays is a fraud. I paid for a 3 month subscription for 3 months of GLP1, when my subscription was set to auto renew I chatted with Fridays customer support to ask if I still could request my last dose of medication if my subscription was not active. I was told clearly “yes” you still have access and can receive you last vial of medication well after your subscription has ended. GREAT! I cancelled with plans to renew when I was ready for my next shipment. When that time came, I wasn’t able to request my medication, the Fridays chat bot assured me I still could but would escalate for resolution. Once I made it out of the chat bot I was told- “sorry for the inconvenience but our AI bot sometimes gives false information, you can not access the medication once your subscription has ended.” I’ve escalated through several (hopefully real humans at Fridays) who have all said that even though Fridays told me I could receive the medication I paid for ($300 worth) that I was out of luck. This is pure fraud, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could put a negative review I would. I ordered my GLP-1 and first months were great! FedEx delivered my package incorrectly so I reached out to customer service and let them know about the issue. I had to contact FedEx and give Fridays a ticket number. It has been over two weeks and no actual customer service. No medication has been delivered there is no refund to be given. Absolutely zero customer service. Their customer service is based in another country and they provide no assistance. Horrible don’t buy!

I called since my B12 bloodwork was elevated and asked to cancel my last vial. I was heard and someone will reach back out with a refund

Scammers. They pulled the bait and switch. Looked like a month trial deal for $198. Then the billing says looked like $238 with taxes and shipping. Actually billed me for $2380.00 reached out to them within 5 minutes. Sorry you can’t be refunded because you clicked you agreed to it. Complete dirtbags.
