Annie was nice but overall I feel the session was so rushed. Lots of information given in so little time. Also, documents have been sent separately so it’s a bit confusing to keep up.

There is not a lot of communication as far as the website/app. Also, I just assumed that after my second appt my prescription would automatically be mailed, that was not the case and I am still waiting on medication.

To address your immediate concern about the delay in receiving your medication, we want to rectify this as quickly as possible. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can expedite your prescription and ensure no further delays. We are also reviewing how we can enhance our communication about the prescription process to make it clearer for our patients what steps are involved and when they can expect to receive their medications after appointments. We are launching a new portal at the end of May and we're hopeful that patients will have a much better experience :)
Being able to call and speak with someone. Moreover my appointment with Lamonica Hodges was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. Lamonica was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation.
