Thanks for your rave review! It’s a pleasure to support your health journey, and we're glad you chose Join Fridays.
For me, the most important part of any organization is their customer support team and how issues are handled. Honestly, I have had a few issues come up. Fridays is a new and growing company so that is to be expected. For a hot minute, I was really concerned. When I reached out for resolution, my concerns were promptly and professionally addressed by Sina, Dr Jensen and customer support. They treated me with kindness and understanding while taking my concerns very seriously. Stuff is going to happen. I give the Friday's team 5 stars for how they resolved my issues. I felt cared for, reassured, validated, and safe. This is a new journey for me and I feel I am in good hands. The support they offer is great. Getting the medication is seamless. I have had great results with the compounds. If you choose Fridays, you will have made a good choice where you will be cared for, your needs addressed, and well supported.

First of all, is the feeling that Fridays staff really care and are there to help, they are persistent with the process for insurance to approve something to help ease the price. So far is my first month but I feel that I am in good hands

So far, it's been good. I didn't know about the lab testing but that ended up being easy and only $33. Good to know they care.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Fridays since I started my membership 2 months ago. Appointments are made with ease and any time I’ve had to contact customer service, it’s been a breeze. I wasn’t on hold too long and my issues were resolved in one phone call. I also really enjoy how they have streamlined refills, it’s much quicker than waiting for an appointment.

We are so glad to hear you are satisfied with our services! Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing Join Fridays.
Initial appointment canceled 30 minutes prior to appointment time that had been in place for 10 days. Tried to rebook via the portal but only option was for a follow up appointment. Could not access time for an initial time. I feel as if I’m being pushed backwards in my journey. I want to be moving forward! Guess I will wait for support team to reach out. Thank you.

Hi Dana, I am truly sorry to hear about the cancellation of your initial appointment on such short notice and the difficulties you faced in rescheduling. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when you are eager to move forward in your journey. We are taking immediate steps to ensure that our appointment scheduling and notification systems are improved so that such inconveniences are minimized in the future. Additionally, I am looking into the issue with our portal to ensure that it provides all necessary options for booking appointments easily and efficiently. Please allow me to personally assist you with scheduling a new initial appointment at a time that suits you. I will ensure our support team gets in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve this matter. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are committed to making this right and helping you move forward without further delay.
