Great and fast customer service. Fast shipping from a reliable pharmacy. Providers that I’ve seen so far seem a bit robotic as far as their bedside manner but they get the job done. The PA department does a good job submitting for all possible medications. The coaching sessions have been helpful. Overall I am pleased and would recommend them.

Friday's has literally changed my life. I was at a point where I was fed up with my weight and health and felt like I was hitting a brick wall. I signed up for Friday's because of all of the support I have seen others get not just with medication but with nutritional coaching, Mindset coaching and help with your movement. It really is a whole package deal. Generally most places will only help in one area but Friday's is different it looks at the person as a whole and is committed to helping treat you as a whole and all the areas of your life obesity affects. The community that there is with Friday's is so caring and helpful and I love what the company stands for. Once signing up I reached out to customer service with questions and they were answered within the hour and that has how it has been almost every time I have had a question or was unsure about something. My appointment with the doctor was easy to schedule, he was courteous and professional and very informative. I was given the info on what the next steps were and a PA was sent to my insurance but in the meantime I received medication from a verified and safe Pharmacy, Friday's works with and it came quickly. I love that Friday's has options and they literally do ALL of the work for you to help you get the care you need and deserve. Friday's is amazing pioneering the change that people need to receive the support they deserve and care they are entitled to as a whole. I wish I had found Friday's sooner but I am forever grateful that I found this company and community. If you are thinking about signing up I promise you that you will not regret it.

Fridays has absolutely exceeded my expectations! Let me tell you a few great things about Fridays: *They have the absolute best A++++ Customer service on even your most basic questions by email or even phone call whatever is easiest *Their all inclusive virtual community counseling appts like Nutrition Coaching, Mental Health coaching, GLP-1 Support Group AND Movement Flow Coaching, what other Telehealth has ALL THAT?!? *Fridays has a whole team to assist with applying for coverage to your insurance company along with completing prior authorizations I have not worked with any other Telehealth company though I can not imagine they would outshine Fridays even on their best day. I was skeptical as I thought working with a Telehealth company would be too good to be true as it would be just another business to “take” my hard earned money but I have been pleasantly surprised that this company does put their customers first! Fridays “knows and listens” to their customers. I have always had prompt responses from all emails I’ve sent to their support staff and two of those emails have resulted into phone calls to better serve me in two different situations. Not once have I ever felt like just another number but truly an individual that is important to their business!! Fridays’ mission of access to care means the world to me! It’s an amazing feeling to finally feel seen & heard. This medication has changed my life and now Fridays is part of that journey ❤️

The nurse was on time and answered all of my questions!

Got an appt within a few days. My clinical was knowledgeable and guided me on how to be continue my GLP1 journey. (Brand name to tirzepatide). Even recommended something to help with side effects that I had not tried before!
