It's been 3 months and haven't seen any weight loss on the highest dosage of their tirzepatide. (I switched from semaglutide) I am giving it another 3 months, but if I don't see any changes I will not be continuing with them.

I am truly dissatisfied with Fridays. They requested my payment in advance, then after receiving my payment they told me they could not provide me with the weight loss medication. I requested a refund on my advanced payment, and all they can say is that they can not refund a processed payment and that they are a “subscription service” not a medication supply service. Considering the amount of my advanced payment, i consider this to be a fraudulent scheme, and I intend to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

They are very unorganized. I have had an issue almost every single month and then trying to get it resolved sometimes makes it worse. The first month they sent me the wrong medication. They have forgotten to send medication before but they always make sure to debit my account! Currently I’m waiting on the medication and it will now be late. Not sure how that will affect me. Haven’t lost much weight at this point. It may be a little cheaper but not sure how affective this company is. You may want to compare some other companies in addition to this one.

Great service! Love being able to speak with someone anytime you need something. Delivery is always great.

Things were going well for a while, and then I tried to save money by getting a six month subscription. They stopped sending me reminders to refill which caused my refills to be delayed. Then they told me I had to go back and start from the beginning dosage, which was not effective. It feels like they trick people into getting a long-term subscription and then do everything they can to get you to go back to the beginning so they can intern get more money out of you.

Great program and excellent value. You get a lot for help for the cost including medical, nutrition and tons of other support offerings. Very easy to get access and tall to medical providers.
