Communication is always fast. Even when busy with the new pricing that dropped and the influx of patients I received a response within a day. Shipping is always super fast and I’ve never had to wait very long to get my meds.

This is a great Company any problem or question are answer and you feel and know they care about you. I have been on the compound for about 6 months and lost 50 lbs Also I quit Copenhagen chewing tobaccos after 50 years and the compound has helped with that greatly My wife 2 daughters and myself are members of Friday and the new price list is also very helpful for us Thank you all at Friday

I came to JoinFridays because I heard great things about them and their customer service, and they were all true. The appointment with my provider was great and she listened to my concerns. The pharmacy was excellent. I received my meds always within 3 days of paying and they were super cold. I liked the extra resources they provided as well. The only thing I would like better is if the program wasn’t auto-billed and I could order when I need meds, Sometimes I’m not ready to order just yet and would like to send the request in as needed.

I've been with Fridays for 2 months and though I was happy and impressed the first month, the recent changes they made to their compound program is beyond FANTASTIC. Everything is included in the price but what set's Friday's apart is all the amazing extra's you get. They aren't just there to push meds and take your money. Everyone I've encountered through my 2 months with Friday's has made me felt heard and cared about. They want to help you with the entire journey, weight loss, mental health, lifestyle changes, movement etc... I think if you are comparing telehealth, you will get the MOST for your buck with Friday's, and they care about you. I would give them a million stars if it was an option.
