fridays was good for solving problems except for this last week. I realize they have a lot of changes last week. But started changing all everything, how they respond to emails etc.. they told us those on the old plan lower dose trizepatide could stay, until we move up the dose to save money. then we could order until Dec.2. NOW they changed that we have to pay the$359 if we want to stay on the same percription we already had. thats not good customer service.

Friday’s is very responsive when messaging customer support. Tleljealth appointments are easy to schedule and timely. Also, there are several ways to get help with concerns about diet and exercise.

I love all the “amenities “ Fridays provides. Customer service is very responsive. Meds come in a timely manner. Priced reasonably.
