The timing of receiving a prescription is crucial when on a GLP one drug they need to be taken once a week on a regular scheduled basis. Following a meeting with the provider, I expected my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. It was not I followed up via chat with Joint Fridays and asked for them to do so Because my name is similar with others. They mixed me up again with someone else and wanted to send my prescription to a different pharmacy for somebody else, other than me. after I got that resolved, the prescription was sent to my pharmacy, which then sat on it waiting for Join Fridays to respond. Join Fridays does not respond to my pharmacy unless I reach out to join Fridays and let them know that my pharmacy is trying to get a hold of them. This is a common occurrence that has happened multiple times. Once I got to join Fridays and my pharmacy to connect and talk, the prescription was then said to be OK to be filled my pharmacy then told me that they were unable to fill it because I needed to get prior authorization. More days have passed. I have been with Joint Fridays for more than 35 weeks now, and you would think as a customer that the prior authorization would be taken care of by Friday’s automatically on a continuous basis so that there would not be a delay on my side. Once my pharmacy told me that I needed a prior authorization. I then contacted Fridays again via chat requesting a prior authorization and asked for it to be rushed considering it was now almost 7 days later and I had missed my timely shot. The prior authorization was rushed by Fridays. They got it back in a couple days even though they said it could take up to 7 to 10 days in the end. This process is very difficult as a customer when I’m expecting Fridays to make it so that after I speak with the provider, my pharmacy is alerted of the prescription and my pharmacy fills it and alerts me that it’s ready to be picked up during Friday’s should be doing all the items in the background not the customer which is the reason why I give them two stars.

I have been charged twice for medication that I haven’t ordered or received. I have asked for my account to be credited and it has not happened. I have also asked for my account to not be on auto pay. That is how I got charged twice for items not received. Every time I’ve reached out no one has done what I asked for.

The website is not user-friendly. The communication between provides and Distributors is awful . One time it took me six weeks to get my medication. You need to make some changes.
