Awesome experience easy and trustworthy

It was easy to sign up, I chose the option of not seeing a doctor because I was on Semaglutide before, even though I was switching to Tirzepatide I just didn't feel it was necessary and I appreciated that option. I also got it quickly and it was packaged really well. I got it (semaglutide) from another provider before and it wasn't packed as well. I'm only on my first month, but so far so good.

From my initial video consult with Wanda on 11/6/2024 to current date my experience has been awesome! Anytime I have a question I just email or send a note on the portal and generally have a response that day or the next at the latest. Totally great customer service!

Customer service has always be great, quick to respond. First video visit was fine. I was a bit disappointed in the restrictions that they have on dosing, but I guess yiu make due with what you can. Able to get video visit quickly and meds came quickly as well.

I am in the medical field and i must say Fridays Health has been a good program and i have had success with weight loss. Their program is very responsive when you have questions. Reordering medication is easy i suggest to place refills a week before. I think it’s great they offer nutritional counseling. I hope big Pharma and FDA leave the compounding pharmacies alone. I think the Fridays program is organized and anytime I had questions i receive response promptly.
