I switched to Friday's when my doctor struggled to get my meds in a timely manner. Everything was easy with Friday's. From consultations to ordering meds. I've now lost 40 lbs and and so grateful for them.

Using Friday’s has been a breath of fresh air. They really care about the people their servicing. Their customer service and prompt responses are by far the best I’ve experienced. I’ve never felt judged or felt like I’ve had to explain the need for the medication. They just get it. I’m glad to have them as my provider.

Had a few difficulties with my insurance and the weight loss medication but Fridays was able to help me out and send me the medication within a few days of correcting the issue. They were able to switch my subscription with no hassle.

I am so happy I trusted JoinFridays for my weight loss journey. From scheduling my consultation, meeting with my provider who was so helpful and supportive, to scheduling a consultation with the dietician and going over my “diet” plan. I also requested the prior authorization service to have my med approved and they were amazing communicating and responding to all my messages. My insurance happens to cover my med but I will continue with them for all the support and resources they offer their patients.
