Fridays has been great when it comes to answering question about billing, ect...they were great at start up as well. I had a 1:1 with doc and all went smoothly.

Fridays has exceeded my expectations. The sign-up process was simple, and requesting my medication each month is hassle-free. I really appreciate having access to a doctor when needed and the support groups available. Plus, the pricing is very competitive and doesn’t increase with dosage, which is a huge plus. It’s been a great experience, and I’ll definitely continue using Fridays. Highly recommend!

They have excellent customer service. my ability to schedule an appointment with the same Dr as my prior tele-visit is especially helpful. The Dr take the time to listen to my needs and help me choose the right dose for me. Any questions i have are always quickly answered by their online help email box.

Thus far I paid my first month and opted for the insurance pricing. With a BMI of 34 I have a strong case for weight loss medication “ Who qualifies for weight loss medications? While prescriptions for weight loss medication cannot be guaranteed for every patient, if you are 18 years of age or older and meet specific criteria such as weight and certain associated health conditions, your healthcare provider may consider you eligible for a prescription. Generally speaking, those who qualify are: individuals with overweight (BMI > 27) or obesity (BMI > 30) and those who are seeking maintenance therapy that have a BMI > 22 and if their current BMI < 27, have a history of obesity or overweight and have previously been on a GLP-1 within the past 12 months.” They claim “ Our dedicated insurance concierge team helps you understand your coverage and ensures you maximize your benefits.” So far they just sent my insurance pre authorization for everything and got denied immediately and no one has reached out to me to tell me what the next steps are. They only reason they reached out to me was to tell me is to tell me to move to a pay on my own plan but no explanation as to why I got denied or how they could help me get the coverage or maximize my benefits. They just want to maximize their income.

Going on my second month of injections and thus far the best customer service and results I’ve had when it comes to this weight loss journey. Response time with customer service is quick and thorough via email and chat. They always leave room for questions to be asked and to make sure all concerns are addressed. I will be continuing my journey with here! Only thing I will mention is pricing and the no option of being able to use HSA/FSA as a split transaction for your meds. It would be nice to be able to have a feature as such to cover balances, especially since monthly meds are still a bit pricey.
