I ‘ve noticed that all bad reviews are followed up with a flowery apology and a promise to investigate. It appears that all investigations turn out in their favor. I still say these people are scammers!! Their site WILL confuse you. You just think you’re buying a three month supply. Next thing you know they’ve hit you with another 900.00 that you didn’t order or want. I was basically told too bad, they’ve got my money and they are not giving it back. Don’t trust these guys! They will burn you too!! Peter Oliver

I like the medical and doctor appointments however, the customer service can be poor. I have asked questions and the answers seem AI generated because they don't answer my question and keep regurgitating off topic information. Also, it seems the way they send the medications have changed and I couldn't find anyone who could adequately explain what was happening with my prescription orders.
