Honestly, I can see why this gets a lot of bad reviews. The communication is extremely poor for someone starting out/someone who isn’t tech savvy. As someone who works in healthcare operations, this platform is not patient communication friendly in any way. First, I received 3 texts about my initial appointment that same day…a little overload. At my initial appointment, the provider logged on, said they weren’t licensed in my state (which I filled out my intake form, so why??), and that I would be reached out to reschedule. I got a phone call 20 minutes later from a back up provider who took care of my initial visit. All good. She was extremely friendly and informative. Then, I received another series of texts about my Zofran rx that needed a pharmacy, now from a different number. The next morning, I received an email saying I No-Showed my appointment and I would have to reschedule (the provider told me to log off)! Then followed by ANOTHER random phone number texting me telling me “reschedule by calling this number” with no information on who it’s from. There are PLENTY of spam numbers coming to phones lately, it would be smart to have one texting number and maybe give information on who it is texting. I called the number to ensure my initial visit was documented correctly and that I would be receiving my rx. The customer service lady said my visit was marked as completed and she doesn’t know why I received a “No-Show” email. I think there’s lots of holes in their communication process, which should be fixed ASAP. It shows they aren’t prepared for this scale of patients….We’ll see about everything else soon, hopefully no issues. I signed up for a year! *Update as of 12/8/25* I have received even MORE communication about my “missed appointment” AFTER confirming I did NOT miss my appointment. I have received emails, texts, and now a call to schedule me. This is truly ridiculous, figure out your workflows!!! I don’t need to be bombarded everyday with fake information.

The provider was very pleasant and responded promptly. I wish I did not have to start over at the lowest dose though.

The reason for 1 star… Customer Service! joinfridays charged my credit card with out notification, I wanted to wait until there BLACK FRIDAY deal which was less than 48 hours away at the time… And what do you know they billed me early?? So when I tried to explain I was obviously waiting for the BLACK FRIDAY SALE… They basically told me to bad… It’s a horrible way to do business with someone who was going to be a loyal customer in a world where you can get this Glp-1 anywhere. I can’t believe this company wouldn’t back itself, It’s incredible

This company is absolutely terrible! The transparency and communication is beyond terrible! I keep getting text messages wanting me to provide documentation in Photos. I've done this several times and I still get the text messages. Do not use this company. They are beyond anti-customer service.! Update 12/4/2025 . The Customer Service is incredibly slow. I noticed don't ever complain, however over 9 text messages asking for my Semaglutide prescription and the documentation they asked for which was sent several times. I have asked for a refund as well. I truly wanted to use your company however there is a HUGE disconnect. There are so many other companies that offer these medications that I have used before and never went through this .
