My experience with Fridays have been excellent, but there’s always room for improvement. Either customer service prompt returning calls, but overall it has been excellent.

It's been over 2 weeks since my consultation and I still don't have the medication that was approved. I can't even tell if it's been shipped. I was charged, then charged a difference, then credited, there's been no communication, I have no idea what's going on and it feels like a scam.
