Provider was very thorough and listen to concerns, addressing all possible solutions. The only improvement I would suggest for all of the providers is to process the refill request directly after the appointment because we don’t usually take the whole time allotted.

I have received top notch customer service. They have all been nice & efficient. I LOVE that my meds are received in one day from notification that it shipped. If there is an issue, it gets solved ASAP. I plan to stay with this company for awhile. I just paid for a year subscription. I have recommended them to friends and family. I appreciate them so much. I never leave reviews, but I’m hoping I can save some people. Do NOT waste your money! Horrible customer service - mostly AI, but even the humans are not helpful. Never even received my stuff! The ONLY thing they were on top of was charging my card. SCAM!
