Does not work! When I inquired about a refund, the lady said I ordered the "low dose", but the website implied I WOULD lose up to 3 pounds even with the low dose option. False advertisement and customer service is no help. SCAM in my opinion...

I had a major issue: my meds accidentally got tossed out. I was/am very upset as I’ve been doing so well. Between phone calls and talking to a provider my issue is being resolved. Great job team!!

It took me three appointment attempts and 3 and 1/2 hours of my time I finally got to see a doctor who was great but that's not that's not acceptable
