Online portal lacks critical info and links to help. AI chat is semi-useful. Product in general is overpriced compared to other companies. Instructions that came with product were clear but the plastic syringes I received were too short to even pull the product from the vial correctly. Caused lots of errors and under-dosing. I didn't receive a single email notifying me of my next shipment, that it shipped, that it charged me, etc. And the price went up significantly after using the first time coupon.

so far so good- NP was super nice on the Vid Visit. meds came quickly. Just did my first dose last night so we will see how it goes.

Very straightforward and transparent from the start. The medical professional was very friendly and informative. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell at all.

Prescribed the wrong dosage and then I had to contact them back and forth for almost two weeks and still never got a resolution. I’m having to contact my bank to get my money back. THIS IS SCAMMY through and through. Save the time and energy and go somewhere else.

How quickly I was able to speak with the nurse practitioner. How much time she was willing to spend with me and how informative she was.

I thought returning back to Fridays will be a good idea for me and it wasnt a good idea to go back you can never get no one to respond they always claiming they have high call volumes the doctor told me to throw away the prescription I received and she was sending me out a replacement my medication was approved then it ended up on pending call earlier so they can have it taken off and explained it was a replacement still showing the samething I warned them about using boothwyn pharmacy how they glp1s are diulated everyone has had issues with them they claim they will look into it and depart from them they still using them the phamarcy they have my meds coming from have no good reviews once I receive my medication my replacement im moving on from fridays wont return
