My meds were delivered to the wrong address due to FedEx mistake. I was very frustrated because I was afraid I was going to miss my shot. There is someone named Juan that helped me all the way through this process, even though I was very frustrated he did everything to know they will stay on top of it until I got my meds. I did receive my meds today just in time for my next injection. I am very impressed how they stayed on top it.

So far, I am very pleased with Ezra. I wanted to try a glp-1 but couldn't find a monthly program. Ezra is affordable with a 1-month option. The team is very prompt and responsive. They give multiple pharmacy options. After picking I decided to switch. It was easy sailing. I cannot speak on the GLP-1 itself because it has only been a month, but JoinEzra has been a pleasure to work it. I highly recommend this company.
