I ordered 2 bottles from this company and it was good. Third bottle had a discard after 28 days on the bottle when punctured with 2 month best used by date. This was advertised to last 3 months at my lower dose. First two bottles had bud date of 2027. Attempted to get refund and getting the run around or ignore those warning on the bottle. Would not recommend after this. I will not be using them again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. The 28-day discard date after first puncture is a standard USP labeling requirement that appears on compounded medications. Your pharmacy also provides an extended beyond-use date (BUD) based on validated stability testing, which is why you may have noticed a different BUD on previous vials. While the labeling may look different between pharmacy partners, it does not necessarily mean the medication has a shorter validated shelf life. We understand this can be confusing, and we're sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best on your health journey.

My prescription arrived extremely hot and the person with whom I communicated with over email kept blowing me off. Mian was no help at all. I am very concerned that my medication was not kept at the optimal temperature and thereby could have negative effects. I asked for a replacement and was blown off.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your concerns and understand why receiving a warm package would be unsettling. Our medication is shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and has undergone stability testing to ensure it remains safe and effective during normal shipping conditions. While the ice packs may melt during transit, this does not necessarily mean the medication has been compromised. Based on the pharmacy's validated stability data, the medication remains safe to use when delivered within the expected shipping timeframe. We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
