As I mentioned when I first looked into starting up with your company/office I was already taking a GLP1 although I had my last dose at the end of Nov. I still believe the dose that I HAD to start back at was far too low. I gave ALL info for the office I was with for a year and a half... Address, phone number, managers contact etc.. to look into where I had left off. I understand starting a bit lower then where I was in Nov/Dec but starting over completely seems ridiculous. I feel like my first month has been a complete waste of money and have not seen any difference in the management of cravings or weight loss. With that I would have NOT started up right away and went back to my original Dr. for that month and then sent over my dosage. I did not or could not have that opportunity because once you sign up, you cannot back out, change your mind or wait. My card was charged right away. I think an evaluation SHOULD be done prior to locking someone in. Otherwise, the process is simple...

Thank you for sharing your review. We understand your frustration with restarting at a lower dose after your treatment break. With an 8-week gap, the medication has cleared your system, and our medical team's restart protocol helps prevent severe gastrointestinal side effects that can occur when resuming at higher doses. While this feels like starting over, it's based on safety guidelines. We'll reach out to discuss optimizing your dosing schedule moving forward within safe parameters. Thanks again for your feedback!
Love it!!! Would recommend to anyone that needs to lose weight! I lost 12 pounds in the first month!

Wish I Started Last Year! It was so easy, I kept thinking that it would be so complicated to figure out how to order, get approved and pay, but it was so simple. I am not a techie and it was just so easy! I love the tracking number you get and that I can track my shots in my account. Can't wait for my refill.

Belle’s customer service is top-notch. They really respond quickly and really tried to solve any problems that may arise. I really liked that about Belle.! the second time around I was not thrilled with their pharmacy, which changed but I know that that happens frequently to the online providers Again, can’t say enough good things about their customer service and addressing needs!
