Denise was with me right from the beginning of my concerns. There was an issue with my payment which was going to delay my next shipment. Denise worked with me through a couple of snowballing effects. I was locked out of my account and therefore unable to see any progress with my order. She able to work through all of my concerns, payment, technical and progress of my next shipment. I am so grateful to have Denise to help me through my concerns.
