Amble lacks communication with clients. They need a telephone number so clients can speak with a live person. This is my 2nd month using them and I am very dissatisfied with them. At the point, I will be returning their medication to them because it’s the wrong dosage and I am requesting a refund of $379. Poor service!!

I tried joinamble because of the pricing. It was quick but then my experience has gone downhill. The prescription I received and what I was instructed by the physician did not match. I reached out and felt like my question was not answered. The pricing is also not clear. You have to sign up for 3 months and during that time I submitted a refill as I was following the physicians orders and was Charged for the refill and the monthly fee. I have tried for over 3 weeks to get clarification as I am constantly receiving notifications that my billing did not go through however I have contacted my bank and it has gone through 3 times. I have not been able to speak with anyone on the phone to look into this besides their messaging system which responds to me late at night. I feel like I am talking to a robot and so upset that I can’t get an actual person to help clarify. The pricing policy when I signed up in February is not clear. I feel as if I am being threatened by them and not being able to speak to someone who can check the billing records has been very frustrating.

I started with Amble in February. First dosing of Trizepatide was fine at 2.5. I was prompted to check in for the March dose, the doctor automatically prescribed the 10mg dose for $379. I reached out asking and they were very condescending and blamed me for “checking in”. Why would they dose me from 2.5 to 10? That is not safe. They offered no resolution and in a couple days I got the 5mg. So now I have extra medication that expires 30 days from compound date. Essentially lost $379 for their error. I just got my last dose 7.5 mg of the starter pack. I had horrible side effects with the 5mg so I was hoping for some guidance but I was afraid to “check in” because it may trigger another higher dose shipment. All this is documented. The meds are priced lower than most telehealth but it’s not worth risking your health to save a few dollars. I am done with my 3 month commitment and so relieved I don’t have to deal with Amble again.

I signed up with Amble and told the doctor that I was taking Ozempic 2.0 mg inj but I wanted to increase dosage but my insurance wouldn't approve. The first month was fine and I received the correct dosage. I did my check up for the 2nd month asking for an increase in dosage. The doctor that reviewed my history then prescribed a starter kit which begins at the .25 mg inj. I received the kit and contacted support to ask why I was starting over and not at the 2.5 mg inj. Support stated that they would provide me with adjusted instructions to use the starter kit that I had on hand, but they did not include the instructions. I have been requesting these adjusted instructions for 10 days now but I am getting only computer generated responses that someone would get back to me. I requested a response from the doctor but was also told that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours, that was 5 days ago. As of today, I have not received any response from Amble.

I ordered Tirzepatide through amble. I got my medication and everything fine, but after 2 months I was charged $600! There is no receipt to show the payment and what I was charged for and I have been emailing the support team for 3 days with no answers or response. The phone number provided on the website is not even valid. I do NOT recommend this company. They will take your money and run!

Watch out for hidden fees. Everyone on social media promotes it as $299 for a 3 month dose. It is actually $299 every month for 3 months. They have NO phone number to call and talk to someone. They just use email and chat. Their customer service is not professional. I asked to speak to their legal department multiple times and I did not receive any contact information.

Buyer be ware. If you’re looking for a reliable company, this is not it. Don’t believe these five star reviews. This place is a scam. if you have a problem, good luck trying to find someone to get you to solve it. You can only contact them through email or the messenger in their poor attempt at an website but it’s almost an AI response. It’s not a real person that you’re speaking to and if you have a problem, good luck because you will not be able to get an answer. They said I’m on the quarterly program where they charge 299 a month they sent my first shipment charged my card 299. OK perfect! But going into the second month charged my card 299 but no shipment of meds I called the pharmacy and they told me my “doctor” sent in the prescription for one month and they were no refills on it which clearly states in their app that I am on the quarterly program and medicine will be automatically refilled and shipped to me and there should be nothing else I need to do. I have been fighting and messaging and emailing with no answer. So there is also no way to remove your credit card once you put it in, so I will be calling my credit card company and reporting them. You know what they say if it’s too good to be true, it usually is don’t fall for it.

The first month went well, but they tried to charge me twice the 2nd month. When I reached out to correct that, they cancelled my next shipment, but still took the fee out of my account. Communication has been poor and is suspiciously like an AI response. It’s been 3 weeks since they took my money and the second shipment is still showing pending at the pharmacy.
