Amble has the worst customer service ever!!! Thy also use pharmacies that ship medications that should mailed on ice not on ice. Amble also makes promises and offers that they do not honor! This company is a SCAM!!!

Edit of edit 6/2025. If I could go negative stars I would. The company is getting worse. Tbey have now blocked me on social media because of my review when all they had to do was just make it right. Ive always been a supporter of the company so I dont understand what these people have an issue with. Came on here to edit my rating. The good reviews are by affiliates by the way. Also in the amble groups the affiliates rally and try to get people to make a positive review. The affiliates have all blocked me for no reason. Tbey have decided to hate me even though i supported the company. They have even gone as far as reporting me on fb and reporting my tik toks which arent even med based. Unfortunately the company has gone downhill over the last few months. I had great success with the company and even tried to help others join this company. However with how they have treated me I won't be able to support them and I'm sad about that. I absolutely love this company! I signed up for tirzepatide April 9th and had my meds from Revive RX April 12th. Took my first injection April 14th and am 20lbs down as of now. Very happy with my medicine. The community and affiliates have been amazing at answering questions everyone has. I plan to be a long time customer especially with these prices too.

I recently tried Amble Health for my Semiglutide medication in hopes of getting the same results I’ve been getting with IVIM, but at a better price. But unfortunately, it did not seem to work effectively for me. Despite following the prescribed dosage and instructions, I ended up gaining weight! I honestly don’t trust this company and would like to get my prescription tested to see if it is in fact Semiglutide. Feeling frustrated and discouraged, I decided to go back to IVIM to get my Semiglutide and I’m already back to losing weight. Overall, I would advise others in a similar situation to not use Amble Health if you’re not seeing results, and to be proactive in seeking out alternative solutions. I never got a response from Amble customer service regarding my gaining weight on their medication. I rather pay more and get results than to throw away $220 down the drain (literally!)

Update: I have received more communication from Amble since posting this review than I ever received while as a patient. Maybe if they responded like this while I was looking for assistance, my problem would have been solved. But they did not. They have asked that I remove my review but nothing has changed. My first order was short. I reached out for assistance and received none. Emailing me now, in the middle of the night for multiple nights hasn't resolved a thing. My very first order of compound medication was short of the prescribed amount. I provided photographic proof and was advised over and over and over that they would have the lab send me the shorted amount. They only told me this each time I followed up with them after days of waiting. Over 3 months, I kept receiving the same answer but zero results. To this day it has never been resolved and I am no longer a customer.

I order my Amble prescription on April 11. When I log in it still says in pharmacy. I can't reach anyone via phone and the customer service takes days and days the to respond. There is no way to chat either virtually or on the phone. I am extremely frustrated.

I switched from a different company after a friend told me Amble was great. Here I am without my medication being told it’s 7-14 business days to ship out. They do not say this before you order and you have no option to ask because support doesn’t answer emails before you join. This will be 2 1/2-3 weeks without medication by the time they decide to ship. Not acceptable.

Amble did not send enough medication to complete the first month. Can’t communicate with anyone via phone and you never get the same “rep” when you email. Amble has evaded responding to my direct request for the correct medication and keeps send me a request to send a photo of the medication which I have done 3 times now. I’m supposed to take dose 3 and I don’t have enough medication, I recommend a service that has customer service agents available by phone. Had I known amble was going to be this much of a mess I wouldn’t have started treatment here.

Horrible customer/client communications. Took the "Doctor" a physical month to reply to my question. They refuse to remove my credit card from their portal after I am no longer using their company and also had an "accidental billing issue" with their system. An absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with.
