Be very careful for this company. It started off good but within 3 months they were auto- deducting my HSA account and not sending the medicine. The worse customer service ever. Money taken 3/14, on 3/18 I started sending inquiries and as of today not one response and the pharmacy is saying they do not have the prescription. They will not give me my money back. They are a scam

I am very disappointed. I have a history of good service with Amble except for the last two months where they have illegally taken money from my bank account. Their process is for customers to check in each month and that allows them to fill the prescription and charge your account. Last month I did not check in and they still charged my account. I contacted them and was informed that the checkin was separate from the billing and that to stop billing I needed to pause my subscription. They did not refund the money. I paused by subscription and then again this month they still took money from my account with no check in and a paused subscription. They are refusing to refund the money again. They have played me for a fool twice. I have filed a fraud charge with my bank and stopped all future payments and filed a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission. Taking my money without my authorization once, maybe my mistake But twice is fraud!

This is my third company like this trying “off brand” and my body only likes the brand name stuff which my insurance will not cover. Lost zero lbs.

They started out great. I got my first two months of meds after switching from another provider. Here I am in month 3, I've been charged for the meds but have not received them. I ordered them on March 3rd. They have not answered any of my attempts to use chat with support and there is no other way to contact them. I will be returning to my original provider and figuring out how to pay for it at the higher price.

Was proscribed compound tirezpitde 2.5 and didn’t feel anything and I actually gained 3 pounds.. I rolled the dice again and I ordered from them and requested the 7.5 , let’s see if they send me the 7.5 .. be beck for an update and will make sure to keep everyone updated about my journey with amble

I would not use this company. They will charge you for medication and not send you your refill. I have been emailing them everyday, several times a day and can not get anyone to respond.I even attempted to use the online chat, which is a joke. I have reported them to the better business bureau.

I was satisfied with the company and my results for 4 months, until my last order was short and they did not try to rectify the issue properly even when I sent evidence.I paid for 4 weeks of medication and only received barely 3 weeks. I explained that the previous order with the same dosage was correct but this time I didn't know what happened and they still did nothing about it.

They are a rip off. They put you on auto-pay and the medication takes for ever to get sent so you are stopping treatment for weeks at a time until medication is sent. When you try to cancel the order, they charge you $100. They also never respond to messages.
