Was happy to take my money. When I entered my PO Box as the ship to, I got a message requesting another address. So I sent the new address. Never got another repo as. Messaged the “doctor” told to contact support. Emailed support nothing. Had to dispute the cc charge never got my RX

Initially I thought it was a good company. But 6 months later, customer service takes 2 weeks to respond. And you will wait another 2 weeks if you respond to their last message. Doctors change dosages and send to pharmacy without your review. So if you think amble is great they suck! Im done with them. Cancelled all scripts and no longer want their shitty service.

Poor, AI generated customer service. Fraudulent charging. First order went smoothly, and I was pleased initially. When it was time for my second order, they charged my credit card, and still have yet to send the medication. When I inquire about it they only provide an automated AI response.

I loved Amble in the beginning but I've started having problems with them. They charged me for medicine that was never shipped. The tracking number suddenly disappeared. I've messaged them and they don't respond. Switching to another company.

I don't think I've had a more terrible experience with a company that claims to provide health-related services. DO NOT ORDER from Amble. I cannot caution you enough. They are literally not responding to any messages on the customer support portal on their website, and they are not shipping medication orders that customers have already paid for. I regret making the decision to switch from Lily Direct to Amble, in an attempt to stretch my FSA funds for additional months of Tirzepatides. I selected a 6-month plan (biggest mistake), and financed through Affirm. I received the first half (3-months of medication) of my plan at 7.5mg in early April. I lost no weight after having consistent weight loss over four months while taking Zepbound from Lily Direct. My primary care physican decided it was time for me to move to the 10mg. I reached out to Amble on May 14th to have the dose increased. They touted that they are the same price 7.5mg and above. So this should be a simple quick change is what I thought. Today, is July 5th and I've still gotten no change and no medication and no one has ever responded to my messages sent through the support portal on the Amble website. I emailed as well and three people have responded with responses that make no sense and don't help me, with the last person delivering a response that was out of this world rude and disrespectful. I've submitted a dispute with Affirm and have provided them with screen shots of all communications. They need to be held accountable. Hear me loud and clear - DO NOT ORDER FROM AMBLE.

Do not order from Amble. They are taking money & not filling orders. No response from customer service after multiple attempts to contact. They’re screwing people including existing customers for over a year that have been with them

Customer service is practically non existent and doesn’t respond in a timely manner nor do they address your concerns. They shorted me 2 1/2 weeks on my last refill and suggested that after 6 months of using their product correctly that I didn’t use the proper dosage. There’s no phone number and no resolution as my response has gone unanswered.

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. Back in May I placed an order for a one month medication but I received medication for three months. Although I didn’t order medication for three months, but there was nothing I could do but keep it and pay $329X3=$987 for it. Last Saturday, June 28th I received another medication with NAD in it which I did not order. I sent Amble a message, but NO one has replied yet. Today 7/3/25 still NOTHING. Yesterday, July 2, again I received another vial with a month worth of medication that I did not order. I’m afraid I’m going to be charged for something I don’t need nor ordered. This is very frustrating! I since have switched to another telehealth company with better customer service.
