Amble health is a scam. Not only did they send the wrong instructions with my dosage. The first time I reached out for support and never heard back. I attempted to cancel my account numerous times and again zero support. There is no connection to any assistance. . They don’t answer emails or the support chat. Absolute waste of money.

I have not received order shipment it has been over a month and had notifications that order was sent to two different pharmacies two different times. And now I’m getting charged for another shipment before receiving the first, I would have at least liked to try the first before the auto attempt. Since I heard great things about amble from my SIL, my experience has been less than wonderful

If I could give zero stars, I would!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have messaged the @doctor multiple times stating I need an increase dose in the compound Tirzepatide, after several weeks, I still have yet to get a reply. Also sent a message to customer service, NO REPLY! They start you on a super low dose, even if you've been on GLP1, BEWARE, this is a SCAM!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. I’ve been with Amble some time now and 6 months ago you can actually get a response. I have gone weeks without a message back from the support team. You have to send message after message to even get a response back. Medication always comes warm. They are not who they used to be that’s for sure. Cheaper does NOT always mean better. You pay a lower price but the things you have to deal with from this company are insane. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Amble Tirzepatide had no effect in 3 month trial. I requested cancellation of any future shipments due to lack of efficacy. Despite cancellation and saying they'd suspended all future shipments, they charged me another $765. I said I'd have to report unauthorized charge to my credit card company. They sent a confusing email about not being able to refund "unused months", that I didn't understand since there were no unused months. Then 2 weeks later I received notification of a shipment coming, which was only a ONE month supply of more lowest 2.5 dosage that doesn't work. The only way to receive the other 2 vials of the 3 month supply (higher dosages) charged/paid for would be to remove my dispute and send proof of removal. Fraudulent business practices

I was with Amble for three months. The first month I got the meds in 10 days. The second month it took 18 days after the doctor ordered it. The pharmacy shipped it. It took three days to get to me and the temperature of the product was 90°. It had to be degraded because it did not work. I reached out to them. It took 11 days to respond. The next shipment took 21 days to get to me. The temperature of the product was 91°. Both months I have struggled to maintain my weight because the product has not worked. I was with another company before who charged a little more but customer service responded within four hours. The product always arrived within a day or two. It was never hot or warm to the touch and it worked. I lost 100 pounds with it. Since I switched to Amble, I have struggled to keep the weight off. I have to find another company ASAP. Whatever anyone does do not use this company. Their customer service is deplorable. If you write a message and wait two days and write another one your message goes to the back of the pack. I never heard of such stupidity. When they do respond, they gave you that same old corporate speech that is probably all typed out. I have written to them 12 days ago expressed how upset I am that the product is not working and they have not responded. I don’t expect to get a response. All I can do is tell people what I’ve gone through and hope they steer clear of this company. If anyone wants more information, you can reach out to me.

Amble is notorious for charging for an order and then not delivering. I've tried for a month to get them to respond to a charge on my credit card for an order I did not make and did not receive. I had to contest the charges with my credit card company. Reading these reviews makes me realize that what happened to me has happened to many others. Stay away! Very shady company.

I want to share my experience I had with Amble Health. The 1st shipment dosage was great and on time. Was so please with outcome. The 2nd shipment, was short 1 week's dosage and moved up one week on my billing meaning, I am paying sooner with less dosages. When I try to reach out to customer support, and, doctors nothing. I contact the Revive Pharmacy, I was told that was what the doctor ordered 3 dosages for a 4 week plan. Unfortunately, they have lost my business. I hope that others see this, I am hoping that you are not taken advantage like I was.
