I have been trying to get clarification on an issue I may or may not have created through chats with staff and my refills. Anyhow, I was starting to lose faith in the company due to timeframe getting back to me regarding this issue. Denise has been fabulous in researching the issue with my theory where the problem lied and getting back to me in a timely manner after me again reaching out to her on chat. She restored my faith in your company and that I can continue my weight loss journey with confidence. Kudos Denise! Tammy Tomlinson

Emma has been my contact from the beginning and has answered all my question easily and openly. So much easier to text a representative/staff personnel that have to scroll through a feed of questions that don’t answer your direct question( previous provider) she explained the cost- how it doesn’t change as dose goes up, payment methods and scale, about delivery and anything else I wanted to know. Can’t wait to get started when I officially sign up on Friday September 4th. Thanks to Emma this process has been much easier and I also saved her contact info so I could co tact her at any time.
