I am only on my third week. This process has been fast and easy so far but it does take sometime for anyone to get back to you when you message to ask a question.

Emma texted me to follow up with the initial questions and asked if I needed any help or if I had any additional questions. I had several questions and she answered all of them promptly. I had contacted several telehealth providers. Emma at Amble was the only one that reached out to follow up with me. I was extremely appreciative that Emma reached out to me to let me know that my info had been read and inquire if there was anything else tbey could assist with.

Emma is great! Somehow my account got messed up, was showing wrong dates for payments and shipments. I tried the chat option as well as email several times explaining the issue but had no luck. After remembering that I saved Emma’s number, I reached out to her via text and within no time at all everything was fixed! What several other Customer service reps couldn’t seem to understand, Emma not only understood but corrected it almost immediately! Thanks again, Emma. You make Amble proud!
