The process was super simple. I received and email immediately and I was also texted by someone from customer service within minutes. This has been a super simple process and I’m super excited.

Everyone has been so nice and super helpful. I had a mishap during shipping and my package was later. Everyone worked to make sure it was corrected. I never had to worry about it.
