Working with Dan and the 80/20 Investor Academy has been game-changing! It really kept me focused at the beginning by giving me an exact blueprint to set up my systems and processes for success. Since then, my business has been very efficient. Thanks Dan!

This program has changed the way I think about and look at my business. I'd already had a team of VA's and even some well built out SOPs...I'm not all the way through the course yet but I've already seen so many small ways to improve what I was working on and a few MAJOR ways to implement consistency into the things I wasn't doing (but knew I should). The collective mind of the members is hugely helpful for accountability, support, and advice. I'm inspired, overwhelmed, and thrilled to be a part of the community all at once.

Unbelievable experience with being part of a community and having everyone sharing and helping each other out. The training modules are great because they are specifically broken down in detail to help with creating all your processes and to help systemize your business. I like how they have experts throughout the industry on weekly and monthly calls. I would highly recommend joining this group.

Investor Academy has been a blessing to my real estate investing business. Before joining the Academy I was mostly a one man show wearing every single hat in the business with no real sense of directions to get out of the rat rate. Dan and the Team were just amazing in helping get my systems out of my head and onto pen and paper. Thanks to the Academy I have been able to connect with other top-notch Investors who I can learn from and brainstorm with to put me systems in place. I finally have systems that help me take a step back and work on the business instead of in the business. Much appreciation for Dan, the Academy and everyone else in the mastermind.

Big impact!! Dan and the 80 20 team had a huge impact on our company. We were side hustlers doing just a few deals a month. Once we started implementing the teachings Dan puts out there we made rapid change and quickly scaled our company. Definitely recommend.

Dan and Carlos are the best! Constantly over delivering, making themselves available as needed, and bringing some of the best in to share and offer advice. If you are considering ANY type of coaching or mentorship I highly recommend you talk to Dan.

Dan and his team think on a higher level which is what really drew me to this group/academy. I'm definitely being challenged to up-level by being surrounded by so many successful individuals. I love the mindset shift I've experienced!
