Lots of information, made us do during the training. Numerous AI systems that run the business, find the land, evaluate the offers and sends them with contracts.

This challenge has been fun! I learnt a lot about land investing and the uncertainty around Ai has been abated. Joe and his Team have been AMAZING! So happy to be a Dirt Flipper. Let's GO!

Joe McCall's real estate education programs are well worth your time and money. He and his partner Gavin Timms are very hands on investor trainers. When you take Joe's land program, they will be teaching you, not their coaches or staff members. Believe or not, you can even talk to them direct and get your questions answered. Joe is totally committed to his students learning over his personal profit and even has the pictures of hundreds of students to prove this principle. In addition, Joe is hugely creative and has personally developed very effective systems and processes to make land investing easy for beginners to learn and quickly develop and grow a profitable business.

This challenge helped me better understand how land investing works from finding deals to analyzing value and building a buyers list. I've attended many RE Investing courses, workshops, and conferences, and Joe's Dirt Flipping system is by far the best I've ever seen. It lays out all the information and processes you need to flip bare land properties, and includes all the resources one would need to be successful. Bravo, Joe!

Lots of great details. He gives enough information that I could do this on my own, but also offers extra just in case I don't want to figure it all out on my own. There was so much info shared each day of the 5 Day Challenge!
