Joe McCall is the guy who figured out how to make real estate investing actually work. Known for flipping dirt instead of dealing with the headaches of houses, Joe’s all about keeping it simple, stress-free, and profitable. He’s a coach, author, podcaster, and all-around real estate nerd who’s helped thousands of people ditch the 9-to-5 grind and start living life on their own terms. With a knack for breaking down complex strategies into bite-sized, actionable steps, Joe’s the kind of mentor who’ll tell you to stop overthinking it and just make some offers already. Whether you’re a seasoned investor or someone who just Googled “how to make money in real estate” last night, Joe’s mission is to show you that flipping land isn’t rocket science—it’s just about taking action, making mistakes, and learning as you go.

It was an awesome Masterclass filled with tons of great info. I appreciate how he stayed on task and didn’t get distracted (because he followed a map of talking points). Homework was easy enough to follow. I highly recommend this Dirt Flippers Masterclass.

Thank you! We’re so glad you enjoyed the training, homework, and step-by-step format. We really appreciate the recommendation!
Joe and his team did a great 5 day challenge, lots of great information and minimal "selling" of their direct coaching within the challenge - there was a separate breakout session where they did do that - but the challenge time was primarily about what they do, and how we can do this. Disclaimer I DID register for the ongoing coaching, but much of that is due to the information learned during the week course.

Wow, for a free 5-day challenge, Joe and Gavin are delivering massive value. They take the complexity and mystery out of land flipping and break it down into a simple step by step formula that is easy to follow.

I have learned a TON from his teaching. I wish I had to funds to join the program because there is a lot that comes with it. However, by watching the videos, and have the drive to do the work, you can do it without the program, although it would help. What he gives for free is priceless.
