I am blown away by how much free knowledge Joe gave away in his challenge. I learned so much and was stretched in the best way. I feel confident that I can go out and start doing land deals. I had no intentions of signing up for the program initially, but because of the value I received it was a no-brainer when the time came. I highly recommend Joe and his program and challenges to anyone looking to learn to flip land.

Joe McCall is the real deal for land investing. I’ve been following Joe as my mentor and the clarity he brings to land investing is unmatched. He doesn’t just teach theory, he gives step-by-step systems you can actually apply. From marketing, to making offers, to automating the business, he simplifies the process and makes it doable. Because of Joe, I finally understand how to evaluate land deals and move forward with confidence. His coaching has saved me time, money, and a ton of frustration. If you’re serious about land or real estate investing, Joe McCall is someone you can trust. – Sean K.

Joe McCall is the real deal. He knows his business and knows how to translate that knowledge into useable action steps for his clients. 10 out of 10, solid!

In just a few days, I learned how to evaluate market value, send offers, and apply the 40% rule for vacant land in hot markets. The challenge made everything simple and actionable. What makes it even better — it comes with a 6-month mentorship program that’s free & refundable. Having that extra support is a game-changer for staying consistent and confident in the process. Excited to keep learning and growing in this journey! 🙌

The amount of information shared, and the way it's broken down and explained makes it easy to understand and learn to implement on your own! I'm excited to continue to take massive, imperfect action

Joe is clearly knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality education about vacant land wholesaling. The 5 Day Flip Dirt Challenge included helpful information for free, and the offerings of his full academy seem worthwhile even for the $5k price. The challenge is clearly a way to funnel more students into paying for the full course, and the last sessions were almost entirely advertising. If you do the homework, you'll end up somewhat invested in real estate (like by paying for an LLC - which he later says isn't even immediately necessary!) - learn from it what you can but don't let subliminal sunk-cost appeals convince you to make business decisions!

This program was really a step by step tutorial of how to get started flipping land. Clear and understandable instructions. The presenters were very personable and motivational. Their confidence in the success rate of those who actually put in the work is unmatched.

Thank you for an insightful 5-day challenge.
